End User License Agreement (EULA) for Obvius Live Pte. Ltd.

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using our mobile iOS video streaming application ("App"). This EULA governs your use of the App and any services provided through the App.

1. Compliance with Laws
Users of the mobile iOS video streaming application must agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

2. Content Moderation
The application reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed objectionable, including but not limited to, content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others.

3. Prohibited Behavior
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of abusive behavior, including harassment, bullying, or discrimination against other users.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy
The application has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.

5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own actions and content posted on the application. The application is not liable for any damages or harm caused by user-generated content.

6. Reporting
Users are encouraged to report any objectionable content or abusive behavior to the application's moderation team for review and action.

7. Compliance Acknowledgement
By using the mobile iOS video streaming application, users agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

8. Ban or Removal
The company reserves the right to ban or remove access of any user who does not comply with the EULA or violates any of the terms outlined above. This includes but is not limited to users who engage in abusive behavior, post objectionable content, or fail to abide by applicable laws and regulations.

9. Video Content Removal
The company also reserves the right to remove or delete any user's video if the content of the video is found to be in violation of the EULA or any of the terms outlined above. This includes videos that are deemed objectionable, offensive, inappropriate, or that violate the rights of others.

10. Data extraction from video streams, LiDAR technology, face tracking/recognition cameras.

No personal information is recorded or stored as a result of face recognition, face tracking, voice recognition, body positioning recognition, LiDAR technology, or any similar extraction of information from video streams. Our system is designed to prioritize user privacy and data security, ensuring that any data extracted from video streams is used solely for the intended purposes of positioning objects, editing/cutting video streams, utilizing voice commands, monitoring quality, and similar functionalities within the application. This data will not be used for any other purposes or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

By using our mobile iOS video streaming application, you agree to comply with this EULA and acknowledge that any violation may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of your account.
